What we get asked most.

Is the panel included in the price of the website?

The base panel is included in the Business website and Custom online shop packages. With the starter package it is optional. Extra modules such as appointments or reports are quoted separately, based on scope.

What if I can't find my way around the panel?

Handover includes short training and a written manual in your language. After that we stay available — questions about using the panel are not billed by the hour.

Can several people work at the same time?

Yes. Every employee gets their own account and permissions per module, so reception sees appointments and marketing sees content — without stepping on each other.

Can the panel connect to software we already use?

In most cases yes. We have synchronised with POS systems and ERPs through APIs or file exchange. In the first conversation we check what your existing system offers.

Who owns the data and the content?

You do. The data is yours and you can request an export in a standard format at any time — including the day you decide to move to someone else.
